Refund and Returns Policy

At Pinvogue, we are committed to customer satisfaction and high-quality post-sale service. We offer a 7-day return or refund period for eligible items and one-time product exchange with a fixed handling fee.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the product if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The item received does not match your order (wrong type, model, or SKU).

  • The product is found to have a manufacturer defect, verified by Pinvogue technicians or the manufacturer.

  • The item remains in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.

  • The request is submitted within business hours and within the specified timeframe.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a one-time product exchange only.

  • A fixed handling fee of 30,000 VND will apply for each exchange.

  • Exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

  • Exchange must be for the same product type/model or an equivalent item, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You change your mind about the product without prior notification.

  • Product damage is due to misuse, accidental breakage, or customer-induced faults.

  • Items have been altered, scratched, or used.

  • Return request exceeds the 7-day eligibility period.

  • Products are custom-made, pre-ordered, or listed as “final sale”.

Return and Refund Process

  2. Our team will verify the issue (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect item).

  3. Upon approval, the item must be returned in its original condition.

  4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 7 working days upon full documentation.

  5. For exchanges, you will be required to pay the 30,000 VND handling fee prior to dispatch of the replacement.

Note: Please inspect the item carefully upon delivery. Once signed for, any damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately. Claims made after acceptance without written notes will not be eligible.
